CIP Music provides online piano music playback, ambient focus scenes, and an interactive Practice Mode for piano study. Certain features may require an internet connection, an account, or an active membership.
Content is streamed or delivered online. CIP Music does not provide user-accessible downloads of audio recordings, sheet music, MIDI files, MusicXML files, or other protected practice-mode assets.
Certain features, content, scenes, ambient sound combinations, or Practice Mode functions may require an active premium membership. Premium membership unlocks online app features only.

If premium membership is available, the applicable purchase, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be provided through the relevant purchase channel. The current mobile app may allow signed-in users to access membership benefits associated with their account, but it does not provide audio or sheet music downloads.
The Service may include links to third-party platforms, including video platforms such as YouTube or Bilibili, and sheet-music marketplaces such as MyMusicSheet, MyMusic5, or similar services.
These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, terms, fees, or transactions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
All original elements of the Service — including the app design, user interface, branding, owned or licensed recordings, scene materials, practice-mode materials, and curated metadata — are owned by or licensed to 北京叮铃文化传播有限公司.
Underlying musical compositions may be the property of their respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, download, reproduce, redistribute, publicly perform, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without our prior written permission.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk for us or other users, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or technically feasible.
